1. Return Eligibility
You may submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item.
All returns must contact us in advance to get approval before sending items back. Do NOT send goods back without our prior confirmation.
All returned watches and jewelry must be unworn, scratch‑free, with original tags, protective films, original box and all accessories intact.
We reserve the right to refuse return if items show signs of wear, scratches or missing original packaging / accessories.
Customized, personalized, engraved, hygiene and intimate products are non‑returnable.
2. Return Shipping Fees
For personal reason returns (such as you do not like the item, wrong size, changed mind), Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
3. Refund Procedure
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be sent to your original payment method (PayPal / credit card).
Please allow several business days for your payment provider to finish the refund transaction.
4. Product Quality / Defect Issues
If there is a product defect or quality issue, buyer must provide clear photos for our verification.
We reserve the right to either issue a refund or resend a replacement, at our discretion.
5. Non‑Refundable Cases
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are worn, damaged by buyer, or requested after the 14‑day return window.
We may offer partial refund without requiring you to send back the item at our discretion.
